Why have Xootr scooter prices increased?

I’ve been scooting with a Xootr Mg for several months now and love it. The Xootr is a well engineered scooter that’s nimble and fast. I love that I can throw it in the trunk of my car without needing a rack for a bike, but can go just about as far.

I was visiting the Xootr site browsing for possible accessories like a strap or replacement parts and noticed that all Xootr scooter prices increased significantly. Is there a reason for this increase? Thanks!

Hey my friend. Thank you for being a Xootr scooter fan. We love when Xootr riders contact us and tell us how much they love our scooters. It puts a huge smile on our faces.

Unfortunately, the last year has been tough, and the reason why Xootr scooter prices have increased dramatically. The costs of acquiring materials has risen dramatically, along with manufacturing, utilities, and shipping and handling.

It truly breaks our hearts that we had to increase the prices on all our scooters, because it’s something we never planned on doing.

But we assure you, Xootr scooter will make it through these tough times and will reemerge stronger than ever.

Without fans like you, there would be no Xootr scooter, and we’re truly grateful for that. So we sincerely thank you.
